Four Million Reasons to Celebrate

At Verto Health, we are tremendously proud to have supported dozens of hospital and health system partners across the province who have administered more than 4M doses of COVID-19 vaccines to date. This important milestone was eclipsed late last week.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Verto launched a simple and effective appointment booking solution that allowed Ontarians to self-schedule their COVID-19 vaccines at a location and time convenient to them. Behind the scenes, our Digital Twin Platform also supported Ontario’s health network by enabling our vaccination centres to increase patient throughput, reduce no-show rates and optimize clinical staff flow. Patients have equally been engaged and informed about their vaccination appointment status through SMS and email reminders to ensure effective care coordination.

Currently, the Verto Digital Twin Platform empowers the delivery of vaccines of 10% of Canada’s eligible vaccinated population and 22% of Ontario’s, day over day. At time of publication, 81% of eligible Ontario residents have received at least one dose and 73% are fully vaccinated, making Ontario one of the most vaccinated regions in the world. This is a remarkable achievement, and one that we at Verto are honored to have supported in a small way.
